Anyway, Heavy Rain shouldn't have trophies because trophies all are supposed to be done, and if you miss one you have to start the game again, but QD only wants you to go through the game once. Sooo... it's really hard to see what are the trophies going to be like

I just want this game to be AT LEAST as good as Fahrenheit / Indigo Prophecy, I’ve been playing it non stop for the past two days on my PC and it’s real good.<br

If there are 5 story lines then you get a trophy for each storyline that you complete until you have completed the whole game, so you would have a possible 6 trophies.

If they have trophy support it should be just one trophy for completing each storyline that is in the game and not just for task oriented rewards. They should just make simple trophies like "1 character dies" "2 characters die" "3 characters die" "Don't let 1st character die" "Don't let second character die" etc... sort of stuff. Stuff you'll have to do 1 way or the other.
The rest can be easy stuff "Defend youself successfully" blah blah blah. Terminator Salvation had the most uninspired trophies ever so... it's not like they have this high standard to live up to :P
The Sony mandate says that all games HAVE TO HAVE TROPHIES. The mandate never said "Trophies have to fit criteria X"

It has to support trophies nimnom. There’s no way around that. It’s a demand. Heavy Rain isn't your typical game, if it doesn't support trophies I would not be mad. It will be really hard to implement them the right way. Heavy Rain is more of an experience than a game, people need to understand that they won't be buying just some action game, but rather some kind of a movie they can control.
Trophies or not, day 1 buy for me.

Wow you people have become true trophy whores.

Heavy Rain isn’t your typical game, if it doesn’t support trophies I would not be mad. Yeah, it will be interesting to see how they'll implement the trophies. Because they are emphasizing that each playthrough, for each person, can and will be different.

@sobrguy

Yeah, it will be interesting to see how they’ll implement the trophies.
