New Suikoden Title in the Works

Adored by RPG fans across the globe, the Suikoden series has been praised for its great characters, captivating storylines, and addictive turn-based combat system. And because of this, the following news should get said fans pumped up even more.
Konami has registered a trademark for a brand new Suikoden title, though the platform has yet to be specified. Since every other Suikoden game has released exclusively on a PlayStation console, it’s only right to assume that PS3 owners will be able to enjoy the newest installment on their favorite system. Granted, the days of third party exclusivity are steadily dying out, but honestly, the more people experience Suikoden the better.

I don’t think third party exclusivity is dying out… There really weren’t very many good options back in the day.
Once N64 and Playstation were rivaling most games on the PS1 were superior. Then the PS2 came out and had 75 percent of the market share. Dreamcast probably had more exclusives than any other but so many have been ported since (good thing cause Dreamcast freakin rulez) so…
Actually I’m hoping that they make the game exclusive for the 360 for 6 months to a year then port it to the PS3 with more content, features, added dungeons or what ever, and just make it an overall better experience
I have to disagree with you Makai, I think a better option would be to let Konami take their time in making the game for both consoles and instead of 360 first, let the game received 6-8 months extra developing time, then release it for both platform….everybody wins; 360 peeps don’t get a buggy game, the ps3 owners don’t get the game too late.

this has to be PS3 exclusive so it can be the best experience.. otherwise i call FAIL
