The Citroen GT is one of the most famous car collaborations in recent history, bringing together the talented design teams at Citroen and Polyphony Digital to create a fast, sexy sports car. And though it does make an appearance in the game Gran Turismo, getting your hands on the actual car is going to be a lot tougher.
The Citroen GT is set to be one of the most expensive legal road cars ever, with a price tag of $1.8 million dollars. Only six will be produced, and will be powered by a Ford or GM V8 engine. This is far lower than the 20 that were anticipated.
The current conceptual model won’t be much different from the production model, as Autocar has reported that “most of the concept’s features should make the final production version, including the carbon-fibre construction and eccentric interior details such as the copper trim.”
The Citroen GT will be officially unveiled this September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

I don’t think it’s all that powerful. It has a GM V8 engine that is being used in the newer corvettes. (I may be wrong though)

Looks like a crazy car.
That would suck to crash it.

I will probably be the only one, but I didn’t find the cutscenes in this video of GT Prologue to be anything special. I don’t have the game, but I thought it looked better than that? What’s all the fuss? GT 5 better be amazing.
