Retailers, such as GameStop and Amazon, are now beginning to take preorders for Final Fantasy XIII.
GameStop’s website has an estimated release date of June 21, 2010, while Amazon believes the game will ship December 21, 2010. However, an unexpected, yet hilarious tidbit was found on the GameStop website.

One thing is for certain, Final Fantasy XIII is releasing in Japan before the end of the year. If you are impatient, importing may be your only option.

@ Psmgamer
not to mention not in English for the non Japanese customers. I heard a crazy rumor that the Japan version would have English in there blueray version but delay the US release due to M$. They have released games in the pass with full english dialog like demons soul which is coming out Oct or Nov.
