Uncharted 2 Cinematic Displays Stunning Realism

[shal]Uncharted 2: Among Thieves[/shal] is regarded as one of the most graphically impressive games of this console generation, having sparked a lot of interest during Sony’s [shal]E3 2009[/shal] Conference. But new footage of an in-game cinematic is taking the [shal]gaming community[/shal] by storm, displaying lifelike characters, top notch acting, and graphics that show just what the [shal]PS3[/shal] is made of.

Cinematics Shcinematics .. yeah they look good but a PS3 can play Blu Ray so I am never really impressed by cut scenes (I am sure I will get flamed for not understanding the difference between PS3 generated gfx and a BR) – it’s in game footage that I and I am sure most other readers will be most impressed with.
And the in game footage looks great – the gameplay looks awesome and I have pre-ordered this already. Just wish I had a Beta Code…

I had the beta,and it was sweet.I like the cut scenes.The graphics and the whole game is amazing.The cut scenes look so real if you have the right setup (1080p tv and hdmi)

it might be ingame (in the game), but it’s not rendered in the game.

I’m pretty sure this is all rendered in-game, in real time. in other words this is what the whole game will look like, it would be incorrect to compare the beta graphics to the latest build.
side note: @.43 the guy looks like billy mays

its rendered in the game, of course the facial mo cap kicks in with a hell of a lot more detail than when playing, but cutscenes are done in game and real time, the beta proved so, jumping from a mini cutscence directly into gameplay, not hard to believe, MGS4 did it.

All the cut scenes in Uncharted and Uncharted 2 are rendered using the in-game engine/using in-game assets, so yes, you all should be impressed with the graphics.
