Trine, the retail-sized multiplayer PSN download for the PlayStation Network and PC, did not quite meet its expected June release date. While it is still confirmed to hit before the month’s end, the PSN download did get its pricing revealed.

Priced at $19.99 in the US and £19.99 in the UK, Trine should be able to provide more bang for it’s buck in comparison to other titles with the same price. So be sure to pick up Trine when it hits the PlayStation Store by the end of July.

This seems a but unbalanced from the cost point of view across the pond seeing with todays exchange rate £19.99 is equal to $32.41
£12.99 would be a more balanced UK price and would still be a little more than the dollar price.

WTF, if they think i’m paying that much, they’re sadly mistaken, the UK ALWAYS gets screwed when it comes to anything, most of the time it’s like they just go it costs $X, lets replace that $ sign with £ to save us doing the math.
    Sad, Sad Face :(

hey UK don’t you all make more £ per hour offsetting the difference

  6. It takes me 3 hours working minimum wage to afford this. Takes a UK person 4 hours of minimum wage to afford this…

Well this is why I’m hesitant to move to a lot of cities in the outside world. I do want a better standard of living but I don’t want to be screwed every week when it comes to Video games… Choices choices choices.

I refuse to buy this until US and EU prices are equalised.

If this were a blu-ray, I could choose to import the US version if the prices were this silly, but we don’t get that option with Store purchases.

    Boycotted.

    $19.99?

Yikes. It better be that good.

  9. That’s why I love living in America, we always get the best prices when it comes to games.
