Sony @ GamesCom: A Three Hour Tour

GamesCom in Cologne, Germany which is Europe’s answer to E3, takes place less than one month away.  We are expecting many major announcements coming out of the convention, especially during Sony’s Press Conference, which Sony has just released details of.

On Tuesday August 18, Sony will be holding a 3 hour- long press conference GamesCom 2009.  It’s rumored that the console giant has plenty in store for eagerly awaiting fans.

What are you hoping to come out of this press conference?  More details of the motion controllers?  New exclusives?  Price drop?  PS3 Slim?  Only time will tell.

    PS3 Slim so the fake videos and rumours finally is put to an end. And someting I don’t know. I want to be surprised.

    Price Drop with the introduction of the PS3 Slim and many other games coming to maturity. More information on the Motion Sensing Controller, since this is more of a thing for European consumers, US gamers usually pan such technology.

    more info about PS Cloud and PSN-Connect. announcement of ps3 slim wouldn’t be too bad either. But what I want to know about is Cloud and Connect.

    I don’t let myself get hyped up for most of these events. If something awesome comes out of it then great but if not then I already know I have plenty of stuff to look forward to anyway.

    The GDC Europe (press and developers only event) is held from the 17th to the 19th of August in Cologne. The GamesCom itself starts on the 19th and is open to the public until it closes its doors on the 23rd.
