2K Boston’s Ken Levine is known as one of the industry’s most ambitious game creators.  Having created the critically acclaimed BioShock, gamers are eagerly awaiting his next title.  Now gamers have even more reason to be excited for the impending announcement of 2K Boston’s newest game.

Speaking with Gamasutra, Ken Levine had this to say:

“We needed a certain kind of length for the title, because we had a scope and ambition in mind which is more ambitious than anything we’ve ever done. Even more, substantially more ambitious than BioShock.”

Ken Levine is creative director and a founding member of 2K Boston, which was previously known as Irrational Games.  An industry vet of well over a decade, he is no stranger to ambitious titles.  BioShock is a perfect example of that.

That really doesnt say much of anything about the next game…..this is a really lame ass story.

    Anthony Severino says

The game is unannounced, therefore there isn’t anything more we can say about the next game.

  2. The Queef Sisters Says:

I think he also uses the word ambitious too much.

the problem is the limited information.. developers ramble about the same thing over and over “reassurance” of how there game is revolutionary, ambitious and has top production. Than sites make a story out of it. Every game site is the same when it comes to news. unless they have hot editorials or certain information that sets them apart. Editorials are awesome as long as there NEW and not a month old. currently the top stories are Activision drama, PS3 slim and games getting pushed back. Thats it…If hideo Kojima is spotted they will ask about MG and the replies are always vague or the same just re-worded differently. The real news wont kick in until its closer to release date or if anything has been added like new developers, modes or something truly innovative…
