SingStar: Michael Jackson Thrilling the PS3 Soon
In a supposedly leaked internal Sony document, release dates were revealed for Uncharted 2, Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time, and more. Also listed on this document was some upcoming SingStar games one of which is based on the King of Pop.
Although SCEE quickly debunked this rumor, Sony does own the rights to much of Michael Jackson’s music. Sony even owns MichaelJackson.com. Remember Sony also denied the existence of the PSP go long before it was officially announced. So there is still a good chance we will see this SingStar in the very near future.
With the passing of Michael Jackson still fresh in everyone’s hearts, such a game would likely be well received by fans wanting to re-live some of his greatest hits.

This has been rumored for so long in threads even before his death that its highly unlikely its coming out anytime soon. There are so many topics being discussed on singstar forums on new DISK when they should just drop in in DLC and by pass the DISK itself. They should release it in packs of 6 like how they did with Coldplay Its quicker and reaches every territory. Im pretty sure theres a loop hole to make it easies to produce once the artist is dead. The reason for that statement is that Singstar has gone on recorded saying creating a disk release is easier sometimes than DLC.
