Just went to Target today to pick up a copy (mostly because my friend needed a Bluetooth headset for his PS3). They had about 8-10 copies of the game, all marked $44.98, had the clerk scan it, priced $22.48 so we each bought a copy.

thanks SpiceHustle29 for the info about price checking. I’m going to be using this tomorrow instead of my bluetooth headphones/headset with Fat Princess.

Well after searching endlessly since my post on the 22nd finally found one marked down to $22 after visiting about 5 targets in the area, this is what I found.

1st target had 2 at $45
2nd target had none
3rd target had 1 for $66 (still on first mark down)
4th Target had none
5th Target had for $45

Today my wife got it at Target #1 the last one apparently someone else was watching it also waiting for the mark down to $22

Good luck finding them guys I have a co-worker still searching.

Thanks a heap for posting this. I went to my local Target looking for this and it was still marked at 44.98. Don’t turn away though people just ask them to scan it to see if the price has been changed in their system. The price was indeed 22.48. I got 3 of these yesterday for me and friends.

This was my day:
I worked till 4.
at 4:40 i read this article, and then proceeded to call every target within a 40 mile radius of Pittsburgh.
Then i found ONE store that had ONE copy left. I pleaded with the worker to hold it for me, and he said he’d see waht he could do.

Then i asked people for a ride but had to rely on Public transportation.
I was dropped off a mile from the target, and to get to it, i had to climb through this semi wooded area, that immediately turned into a 4 lane highway. On the other side of the highway was target…. but there was a fucking creek in it’s path. I had to fight my way through brambles and burrs to prince of persia my ass over this raging river.
I made it, ad crawled my way up this embankment towards the parking lot.
Got inside, got saved the princess.

Seriously, people must have thought there was something really important going on (which i guess there was) because i made it in, panting, soaked and proud as a fucking bear.

I work for Target and can tell you that all stores have different markdown schedules, it also depends on when the price change teams get to their workloads, bad stores mean later price changes.
At my Target the markdown hasn’t yet happened, its still at 44.98. Same for Motorstorm: PR.

If you can get them on the cheap and you have a GOOD Target that marks down on time and schedule, then get the games, they won’t last long.
