Castle Crashers Crashing Onto PS3 At Comic-Con
The Behemoth has announced that its behemoth of an XBOX Live Arcade title, Castle Crashers, will be coming to the PlayStation Network soon. The very stylish side-scroller has made leaps and bounds on XBLA going on to sell more than 1 Million copies. There are not a lot of details as of yet, but expect the same 4-player co-op action and trophies!
The Behemoth will be showing a playable demo at Comic-Con 2009 in San Diego, CA. Although details are slim and no release date has been announced, expect there to be some sort of exclusive content and do not expect the game to release before August 27, 2009. As previous timed-exclusives will show, they don’t show up for one year and normally come packed with goodies. Stay here on PlayStation LifeStyle for all the latest news on your favorite console.

YES!!!! YES!! YES! that was half the reason i wanted a 360 again for this game alone.
Honestly, i’ve never heard of anything about Castle Crashers on XBLA but im all the happy for it coming, sounds like a success and im sure its a success for a reason.

i just watched a couple vids on YouTube for this game and it looks passable. as in “yeah, i could totally pass on this game.”.

I was excited when I heard this. I expect there will be added content because most PSN Games have around 15 trophies, Castle Crashers on Xbox360 has 8, either they’ll make some up, or add more content. I’m hoping for the later, but I WANTS IT SOON. (well at least after I’ve had my fill of Fat Princess).

Now if only they would bring Alien Homnid HD and Braid to the PS3 there will be no reason to buy any XBLA games.

Wow, I really liked this game on XBL, i’ll be sure and get it for PSN also! Now all we need from XBL is Pac-Man Championship Edition!!!
It looks like 2D fat princess, but they’re totally different so I won’t compare them on a serious level.
I respect indie/third party/game developers in general…making games is an art
