Activision and Treyarch, developer of Call of Duty: World at War have released some interesting sales figures regarding their Pacific shooter.

Since releasing in November of last year, World at War has sold to the tune of 11 million copies worldwide, for both the PS3and the Xbox 360. Not only that, but the game’s two DLC entries have sold an eye-raising 4 million copies on both the PSN and Xbox Live.

Additionally, Activision released details on a third map pack, aptly named, “Map Pack 3″. Three new maps, “Battery,” “Revolution,” and “Breach”, and one new Nazi Zombie map, “Der Riese” will be included. Along with Treyarch, this pack is being co-developed by Certain Affinity.
