Star Ocean Listing Brings Hope to PS3

Since its reveal, the fifth installment of the Star Ocean series has been on PS3 owners minds. Star Ocean: The Last Hope, was announced as an Xbox 360 exclusive, and a rumor came about that, like many other 360 RPG exclusives, the title would eventually come to PS3. But lately, the rumor has picked up a bit more heat.

GameFly is known for leaking previously secret titles, and they may have done it again. Star Ocean: The Last Hope, has been listed for as a PS3 release. It’s unknown why GameFly is the only retailer that currently lists this, and the date is still listed as “TBD”. If it pans out though, RPG fans on PS3 will have much reason to rejoice.

  1. YAY! Although I have it for 360 I would buy again just to not deal with switching discs and the extra content.

    Honestly, the way squareEnix has been with the PS3… ill pass. FF13 or bust.

    Passing on all Squeenix games. They don’t need my cash anyway, but when they have another 4 month loss they’ll blame piracy instead of stupid business decisions.
