I hate to see Activision make money in this settlement. They deserved a humiliating loss.

Yeah sounds like somebody made a mistake and got caught with their pants down. This is the problem when you only have a few companies with the money to publish games. When they diecide to not market a title and the developer of the game goes to some other entity and it becomes popular in the run up and then they want it back.

I think developers should have the right to shop their games to different publishers and whoever is willing to publish it then gets the rights to the game.

Everything is about money and greed with activision. They truly do suck and so do about 90% of their games.
