ESPN.com has recently compiled a list of numbers of Michael Vick, from the latest Madden, Madden 10, and from his last videogame outing, Madden 08. It looks like spending 19 months in a federal penitentiary took a hit on Vick’s overall statistics.

Originally having an overall Quarterback rating of 90, he has dropped to the mediocre number of 73. This is due, in large part, to the noticeable drop in his accuracy and awareness. You can check out the stat comparisons below.

I understand the theory, but that’s all it is. It isn’t right to just assume he sucks now. It would be funny to see what they do when he gets back in the game and is still shakin people out their shoes.

  2. Dont worry if he do good EA will bump his stats up in updates…

It happens in sports games. If you don’t play, they would lower your stats. But they have a good job now on updates.

Well, well it looks like Michael Vick can take a hit after all, lol

the only thing drasticly affected was his accuracy. and i dont agree with the throw power decrease. i saw him at trainning camp. he still throws a lazer!!!!!

Being out of the Sport changes averages, as soon as he starts playing for real then those numbers will change but it could take a season or two for those numbers to impact the stats as they are compiled…

  7. I would think his THROW POWER is up, even if accuracy is down. He looks like he packed on some muscle, as that’s about all there was to do in prison.
