Ever felt like something was missing from LittleBigPlanet? If you’ve ever played through user-created levels with undersea sections, you’re not alone. The folks at Media Molecule have listened to our outcries and decided to add a soaking new feature, water!
Check out the awesome debut trailer down below, and let us know what you think!

Great. I would love to see some of those underwater levels redux. MM raises the bar again and adds even more replay value to LBP
that may not be the levels everyone was hoping for, but apart of a new kit seems to be what they did with the MGS pack.
but the water looks amazing and fun cant wait to see if its compatible with the paintinator
Is it downloadable yet?
As I said on the PSBlog, HOLY CRAP!!!
WOW amazing
Great stuff, Media Molecule!
I love the idea, but…
LBP is one of those games that shouldn’t be charging as much as they are for their DLC.
I know LBP is based around user created levels and whatever but… look at the game without the internet. You have a very short… corky game, that is only based around user created levels.
So all media molecule did was make a system for creating levels… that still has glitches.
I loved the game when I got it, but… after doing almost everything, it’s a pretty empty game that relies on you buying more DLC or creating levels for other people so they don’t get bored (and it usually turns out your attempt at recreating some video game has already been done by 20 other people, and there is only 1 truly awesome one).
This is huge news. I just can’t see how other platforming games are going to compete with what LBP offers. This was the only thing missing from the game.
@ViciousBoston – “Premium” level planet is a great idea! You should email MM! Serious!
this is great now we going to see even better level on lbp
good add on.
could LBP be any better!
I love it.
This looks a good add on. Got to check this out.
Sweet glad to see MM keep supporting LBP.
