Batman: Arkham Asylum Joker DLC Already Laughing Up PSN

Even though Batman: Arkham Asylum doesn’t hit retailers until this Tuesday, the PS3 Exclusive DLC is already available for download via the PS Store.
Already available on the PS Store, you can download the PS3 exclusive Joker Challenge Maps DLC and play as the Joker. So for those of you who managed to score an early copy, you can enjoy playing as the Joker as of right now. For the rest of you, who have to wait until Tuesday, rest assured that the Joker Challenge Maps will be ready and awaiting.

I hope people realize that these challenge maps are really worth getting the PS3 version over the 360 version.

Extra content is awesome and it’s why I’m getting it for my PS3, but I wish the graphics were as good as they are on the 360.
@ Nosferatu King – just as long as you remember that it’s the developer’s fault and not the machines fault that the 360′s graphics are better on some multi-platform titles I’ll let you get by with saying that.
You’ll let me? What, are you twelve? Relax boyo, it’s the internet. And yes, only a moron would think it’s not the developer’s fault for the PS3′s graphics not being up to par with the 360.
However, it is thing that happens all too frequently.
I don’t want to get flamed, but I think I’ll be getting the 360 version. It looks signifcantly better on the 360 when I compared the two demo versions for each system. I never usually care for which version of a game has the better graphics but with a game thats all about the mood and the atmosphere as Arkham Asylum is, I really want to get immersed in that world. Sure I get more goodies with the PS3 version but I will still ultimately remember that I’m “just playing a game” when I see all the clipping and aliasing in the PS3 version. On the 360, which looks noticably much smoother and a bit sharper than the PS3 version, I found myself sucked into that world completely due to the cleaner graphics (In my opinion). Please don’t flame me. I’m no Xbot. I hold no single minded allegiance to no one system. I’m just simply a gamer that gets the version that feels right to ME. Guess my PS3 has to wait for Tekken 6 (for the supereior controller) and Uncharted 2 (because, well, its freaking Uncharted 2!!)
At Nosferatu-king, that is what you get when you build your game on a shitty middleware like UE3 and don’t take the time to do justice to the PS3.

when I read “already on PSN” it made me think that it was a purchasable exclusive. (I thought it would already be included on the Bluray disc)

I got the game on ps3 and I downloaded the add-on from PSN to play as Joker. But, I am not able to select the joker when I play the Challenge. It only gives my Batman. I have unlocked 3 challenge maps out of 16 so far. Could you please let know how I can play as joker? Thanks…
