Forza 3 Racing to the PS3 Says GameStop

Although the title Forza 3 is published by Microsoft Game Studios and is a definite exclusive for their console, that didn’t stop GameStop from confusing it as a multi-platform title. It seems GameStop employees made the huge mistake of printing pre-order boxes for Forza 3 which show it as available for the PlayStation 3. Even though it’s undoubtedly an error, there’s no doubt it will confuse lots of people who see it in stores.

oops. makes you wonder how many people that ad and box art had to go through before reaching the stores and being set up for display, and still no one caught that mistake. pathetic really. seems to me that it’d be a no brainer for an employee that deals exclusively with video games.

MS PUBLISHES FORZA 3, it’s NOT going to the PS3!!!!! THIS is how rumors get started!!! Do some research PLEASE! Your title “Forza 3 Racing to the PS3 Says GameStop”only PROVES that you’re only trying to get hits. Then the Internet picks it up, then more dumbass rumors abound, then someone blames Sony. You guys are NOT helping!

You should probably pay attention to what the headline actually says, as well as what the author wrote below that headline.
GameStop messed up. That’s what the story is about. Even the headline makes that obvious.

Torgo torgo torgo… WTF man… Seriously… If anyone blames Sony for this all you have to do is 1 single little thing. You show them a picture, you ask them to look at the “Microsoft Game Studios” logo in the bottom right corner, and ask them how the fuck Sony has ANYTHING to do with a Gamestop mistake for a Microsoft game and then laugh at them for the fact that the picture included with this article shows Microsoft in the bottom right hand corner…
I mean seriously torgo this is can be a good way to discredit rumor propagators. If someone quotes the PSLS article you can prove that they are just going off of a headline and don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about.
Blame N4G for bad information man not PSLS for pointing out a mistake.

This won’t really happen as MS is the publisher. or unless they see the PS3 a better fit than them. lol. Although the PS3 doesn’t really need this. Especially when GT5 would come out soon. probably before christmas.

Wow, that is actually the best box art out of all games released so far this generation. Forza 3’s color schemes go perfectly with the PS3’s scheme.
