Kojima Talks Peace
Legendary game creator, Hideo Kojima, has recently posted an open letter to gamers, and within that, he reveals some interesting tidbits regarding his upcoming PSP title, Peace Walker.
“The main team from MGS4 is participating in the development of this title and I am involved in all aspects of the game, ranging from design, direction and scenario writing,”
Now with a game of this size, wouldn’t the graphics get comprised? No, according to Kojima.
“Despite being on the PSP, we don’t plan on making any compromises with the graphics. The art team is used to producing PS3-level quality and the results will make you wonder if this is really a PSP game.”
Peace Walker takes place in Costa Rica, 10 years after the events of Metal Gear Solid 3. Currently, no release date has been given. However, it is safe to assume a game of this caliber will easily run into 2010.

Well I saw the trailer, it looks pretty outstanding, but PS3 level? No, pretty close? Yes.
The trailer really look good. The graphics were great, it’s better than most PS2 games. But not really PS3 quality. At least if you dont compare it to Saints Row 2, Damnation, or Vampire Rain. lol. How about MGS: Rising? is he working on that too? Personally, it would be better to just make a new IP than a MGS with not Solid Snake. Is it just for Xbox to boast that they also have a MGS on their system? How pitiful.
I just wish I have a PSP to play this game.:(

No, Hideo Kojima isn’t fully involved with Metal Gear Solid: Rising, another development team is on that, but still having rights and permission from Kojima Productions. Also it’s not just for X-Box 360, it’s multi-platform, so yes expect it on the PS3 as well.
Actually Kirobz if Kojima’s life wasn’t threatened we wouldn’t have MGS4 today, infact all the hype and speculation would be surrounding the actual release of MGS4, instead of MGS4 we would have this…. idea that Kojima’s been considering and thinking about for a long time. But if he makes a new title its still going 2 reak of MGS-ness.
