New Modern Warfare 2 Single-Player Footage

For those who’ve been wondering whether Modern Warfare 2 would involve more than just snowmobiles and ice traversing, we’ve got some new footage straight out of the Game Crazy company event from Las Vegas. And just so you know, the setting that Infinity Ward showed off is completely new and very cool.

I’ll never understand the popularity of this game. It looks like the most generic, run-of-the-mill FPS I could ever imagine. Boring guns, identical enemies, utterly bland environments.

Except the fact that the characters can run up to 20mph and jump off of 2 story buildings and not have a scratch.

Activision can keep their games. CS is still the best FPS, imo.
Why would you get this game when you could have Uncharted 2, and Borderlands?
This doesn’t really appeal to me.

Looking better everytime I see another screen shot or video… This south american location looks awesome – the multiplayer is going to be mental in those streets!
