The folks at Electronic Arts and Slightly Mad Studios have been hard at work making Need for Speed: Shift not only a great entry within the historic game series, but also a top-notch simulator. And what separates it from other racing sims is the accessibility of the title, as well as the reward system it has in place for showing off your vehicular skills.

The latest trailer for NFS: Shift details one of the game’s tracks, Road America. The track is, as the developer puts it, easy to navigate but hard to navigate fast. Check out the video below for tips on how to embarress your opponents on this circuit.

Wisconsin eh? that’s where i’m at and i can’t really say i’ve heard of this track. though it seems it’s an F1 track and i don’t pay any attention to that sport. (not enough crashes.) i do enjoy me a Nascar race now and again though. plenty o’ crashes to be had there then yah know. (god, i’ve lived in this state way too long.) *clears throat*… so anyway, this game’s shaping up nicely. looking forward to it.

Californias cheese is better. hell, everything in California’s better. that’s where i was born and raised. been here for 13 years now. and before you ask… the answer is “yes. i’m a moron.”. at least there’s lots of beer and plenty of people who enjoy drinking it with me. otherwise i probably would have gone crazy by now. = )
