Rockstar has just released a new trailer for their upcoming music mixer, Beaterator, which is scheduled to released this September for PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Network. The game, based on the Flash music making tool released by Rockstar in 2005, will contain new sounds from Timbaland himself. In addition to this, it will include the option for users to create their own sounds, which can then be shared with other users.

  1. Now hopefully this game can inspire someone to make a PSN title that is compatible with different peripherals.

Example you can make tracks on the guitar, you make drum beats with a drum controller, you can add the mixes with the Scratch DJ stuff.

Or at least someone make a program for PC to incorporate Drums and the DJ controller from Scratch. It’d be nice to turn a hobby into an entry level production kit.

  2. no where close to a music game guy myself but the beats sounded good in this and it looked interesting

  3. He ruined last albums by Duran Duran and Chris Cornell, IMO
