It looks like some TGS content is getting leaked after all. These screens from Final Fantasy XIII’s TGS trailer show some of the first images of Snow’s significant other, Serah.

With the game’s release only months away, we’re pretty much guaranteed to see a wave of new characters from the title once the Tokyo Game Show gets underway. But for now, check out Serah below and let us know what you think of her.

She’s Pretty. I Wonder if I can watch the trailer sometime soon. Ooooh Can’t wait for the Worldwide release of FF XIII. Hey how many years does it add up from the Japanese release date before we get our hands on the English one.

I wonder if FFXIII is going to be any good. You know it is getting ALOT of hype seeing its the first ps3 game but I wonder if it will actually be an all time great or a least decent. Hopefully when it is finally released everyone won’t be let down with this game.

Seeing as how Squeenix has been letting me down…more than once lately, i’m not really looking forward to this. I had my preorder for 12 in a year and a half before it came out ,and when i got it, i was unbelievably let down. I tried to stick with it, i LOVE Ivalice…it just…didn’t do it for me. I wasn’t playing for fun. It was like a chore. And at that point, you find yourself playing for a different reason, and the realization hurts.

I’ll give 13 a shot if it starts to turn better, but the gameplay and screenshots all make it look like they’re trying way too hard for something. I hope i’m wrong, I’d LOVE to get hooked on another FF game, but to me, they’re just thinking about what they can change and get away with to make a combat system different… not what people expect and want from a FF RPG.

I totally wish Lost Prophecy came to the PS3, that game was what i’ve wanted in a next gen Squeenix game,
    -Uematsu,
    -Turn based combat,
-GREAT story with emotional ties (cough tragic and tear jerking),
    -CLassic RPG roots.

    Too much to expect?

You mean Lost Odyssey, right? I suspect the RPGs we’ll play in a few years will be more like Assassin’s Creed, with the ability to traverse the terrain and physically interact with everything.

    Cool.

SquareEnix is really doing wrong moves, imo. First, is making the deal with MS to bring FFXIII to the 360. Second, Making the game alike on both consoles. By doing that you won’t get the real potential of each console. Third, it looks like the Japanese Audio would be removed to the PS3 so that it would par would the 360. Fourth, we see some downgraded graphics. Maybe to par?

With all these I’m really not getting that excited about this game anymore. And another mistake by SE is putting JRPGs on a console that is used by FPS lovers.

I recently bought FF XII but haven´t really played yet i still must complete FF X and Kingdom Hearts so i can´t say if the game it´s good or not but so far XIII looks cool.
I too hope for the series to come back to it´s roots, maybe XV will be the one.
