Uncharted 2 Finds the Treasure, Goes Gold

Ladies and gentlemen, Nathan Drake has found the gold. And when we mean gold, we don’t mean the chemical with the atomic number of 79.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, slated for release October 13th 2009, has gone gold. The title is the second outing for Nathan Drake and friends, featuring a darker side of the hero. Now that you don’t really have to worry about a delay, you can just sit back and relax until the day of release.

For Europeans however, you’ll still have to wait for a release date, which is rumored to be October 15th. Hopefully, we’ll hear of a release soon.

    I wonder how the graphics have changed since the E3 build. Would be interesting to find out. :)

    Can’t wait for this game. This is the only game that I did pre-order. Every PS3 owner should own this IMO!

    Actually, “going gold” refers to when recordable CDs were manufactured using gold film, leading the source CD to be called the “golden master.”
