Want to get your feed bag on without leaving your PS3? From now until September 27th, 2009 all you have to do is open your PS3′s web browser and click on the Papa John’s link near the upper left side of the page.

Papa John’s has restaurants in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK and this option is available in all of these countries.

You can even have it delivered with no credit card required.

One quick tip, though, keep your napkins handy so your DualShock 3 doesn’t get all greasy.

sounds like a good service although why is it only for a limited time

  2. @wtGp

It’s probably just a trial run to test the market for such a feature.

  3. shadowjin says:

they should connect this into the PSN card debit feature..

im guessing they will call for your direction/number etc before making it..

  4. Man I wish they’d make that permanent. Hell make it a freaking app.

  5. @shadowjin

    that. is. a. beautiful. idea.

  6. ZemaOner says:

Haha! This is amazing! I’ve gotta try this out!

pizza app would rule! Papa John should offer trophies with it

bronze – order 1 pepperoni pizza

silver – 3 pizzas with xtra cheese & a liter of coke

    :-)

  8. PSstyle says:

  9. Brent says:

I thought this would be about advertising on the PSN. lol
The pizza thing does sound tempting though. “It Only Does Everything” is beginning to be a lot more believable. :)

    @ SolidCake_

    Haha, that’s genius!

i don’t have my home page set to default anymore. for over a year it’s been on Google, but at any point i’ve been able to go directly to Papa Johns’ main site and order from my PS3 browser. i guess Sony & Papa Johns’ struck a deal to have a flashy link button on the PS3 home browser page. i don’t think it was really necessary but i can’t say it was a bad idea either. rest assured knowing that when this promo is up, you’ll still be able to order from your browser. it’ll just take a couple more clicks. (bookmark it.) = )

As long as they don’t start adding in a bunch of random XMB spots for advertisment

    @shadowjin

Order now with your PSN card! lol I love it.
So I just found out the big Papa is in my country….surprised….and in my province in 13 locations except the capital city….go figure…..oh well there is still Panago.

  14. Mmmm… My favorite Pizza on my favorite system. :)

  15. Interesting. You guys will complain about the “What’s New” section because it full of “hideously enormous massive ads of stuff you already know”. Shriek at the grey boxes under the friend’s list, but get giddy over a spot for a pizza ad. Ever see the Matrix (Who am I kidding? Of course you have…)? The Architect was right.

    “The problem is ‘choice’.”

When something gives you a choice (in this case whether or not you buy a pizza), you are fine. Even if the ad is ugly. I bet a million dollars that if those ugly grey boxes were optional (or unlocked in a mini game or something), most people would have them on their XMB. But since they are NOT optional and free, you hate them. Humans = defacto idiots.

    Lol @ Odium_generis
    trying to play God

    Fail.

  17. DGR8Mc187 says:

Actually a little pizza grease goes a long way to keeping those analog sticks lubed up.

  18. kirobz says:

This would be good for those who don’t want to stand up and make their food. lol.
