Sony Stays Quiet Regarding Modern Warfare 2 PS3 Bundle

Modern Warfare 2 promises to be one of the holidays best sellers. It’s one of the most highly anticipated games since Grand Theft Auto IV. Microsoft has announced a Modern Warfare 2 bundle with a beefy 250GB hard drive. This has left many PlayStation fans wondering if Sony and Activision have anything planned.
When asked by MCV about a Modern Warfare 2 bundle for PS3, a SCEE spokesperson disappointingly responded:
“… we’ve not made any announcements about bundle packs, but will let you know should that change”
Would you like a Modern Warfare 2 bundle similar to the 250GB Xbox 360 one?

Maybe Sony and Activision’ made up after the price drop hmm..And MW2 will come bundle with a Ps3..
i would consider getting the PS3 bundle if (A) i wasn’t boycotting Activision (B) it didn’t look as stupid as the 360 MW2 paint job does. looks like someone slopped some gray paint on the side, then ran over the bottom edge with a bicycle. LAME! and (C) if i actually had the money for something like that. my gut feeling is that Activision won’t be doing a damn thing for Sony. i hope the rumers are true and Sony really doesn’t renew their contract for the Call of Duty franchise. there’s way too many great games coming out to really worry about losing one filthy mouthed child infested FPS. let XBL have it.
I’m not going to buy Call of Duty, but i’d think about buying modern warfare 2, it doe’s not look as good as MAG’s 256 player game, but it doe’s look nicer with all the shooting,
I’d buy Modern Warfare 2, it need’s to be more then similar, more like the same or better for the Ps3,

i take it this 360 bundle, will be an elite with a 250GB hdd that comes with it, but not actually in the console as there isnt a 250GB model?

I’m really hating Activision right now and I could careless for their games. But if sony would let MS to have the CoD franchise to themselves , it would be a huge disadvantage to sony. The Uncharted 2 bundle is the better one, imo.
