White Knight Chronicles 2 Announced

With the first game still trying to find its way onto US soil, Japanese Magazine Famitsu has revealed that Level-5 is working on the next game in the series.  The game will be titled Shirokishi Monogatari: Hikari to Yami no Kakusei which roughly translates to White Knight Chronicles:  Awakening of Light and Darkness.  Nothing is known about this game but expect an announcement and details at the Tokyo Game Show.

The first White Knight Chronicles was released in Japan on December 25th, 2008 and centered around Leonard, an orphen who finds he has the power to summon a legendary White Knight.  The game was met with positive reviews and to this day is the 8th best selling game in Japan per VGChartz.
