Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition, was one of the best announcements we’ve gotten during TGS 2009. Not only is it a new version of a fantastic title (read the review), but it also supports the PS3 Motion Controller.
Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition is set to release alongside the PS3 Motion Controller next Spring in Japan. The title, as stated already, will feature the use of the PS3 Motion Controller. It will also have a brand new campaign with characters Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.

Meh.
It’s nice to see that the motion controller is really being supported. It does really need game support. If there would be alot of games supporting this, I don’t know what would happen to Wii.
l’m 100% postive that this motion control will make this game better than it was before
The motion control will make it interesting, but there are still other things that need to be fixed also.
Holding two controllers at the same time ?
No thanks… :S
looks like he is just using it to aim. doesn’t look like anything new being used here that the wii doesn’t do. GAY!
hm…i wish there was another camera to show what the player was doing. didn’t see much movement when the camera went to him.
ok… so now you can stand in one spot while aiming in the game AND in real life? what’ll they think of next?
that looked pretty weak imho
Well it’ll be more fun for those of us that actually play it. Aiming with your arm is much more immersive than aiming with your thumb. I could understand if some people’s hands were too small to hold a DS3 with one hand. Maybe they’ll put out a special controller [nunchuk...] to remedy that and leave the DS3 as an option for cheap bastards.
I agree, DGR8Mc187… meh, indeed.
I bet that “DLC” is already on the game disc, just like the multiplayer “DLC”. As the old idiom goes “Fool me onc, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”
Pass, but thanks for the information, Massi. I liked the video, too.
