Alpha Protocol Goes M.I.A

This truly is the year of delays. Originally slated for a February 2009 release, then pushed to October, it seems as if Alpha Protocol has slipped up yet again.

Both GameStop and Amazon have now listed Alpha Protocol for a summer release, with dates of June 1st, and June 30th 2010 respectively. As of now, these are the only two online retailers to have the dates changed to June. However, you should not be surprised if other websites begin to change the dates as well.

Alpha Protocol is currently in development by Obsidian Entertainment, known for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Neverwinter Nights 2. The game will be published by SEGA.

  1. Easy to understand. That is the time of God of war and Gran Turismo. I’d change the date, too.

wow am I glad I didn’t pre-order the game…I was considering getting it for PC and almost pre-ordered it a couple of times

The main reason I was gonna voluntarily overlook this game was because of the release date. The game looks decent, sort if like a RPG Syphon Filter. I may pick it up if it comes out during the summer though.
