Konami Drumming Up More Rhythm Games

Konami did not have much success with Rock Revolution back in 2008. However, that doesn’t mean they won’t try again … and again.
Superannuation has found some new American trademarks made by Konami, for GuitarFreaksXG and DrumManiaXG.
Let’s hope that these two new games will get better scores this time around. Rock Revolution currently sits at a 38% on Metacritic.

all these games have been around in japan for ages since DDR1 but not as successful outside of japan.. they also made parapara paradise.

ddr with hands. Ive seen these in a few arcades around Orange County. Including beat mania and guitar freaks AND there Dj version that Activision is trying to say there introducing.
I love the songs on rock revolution. I wish Pantera, and Papa Roach would make it’s way to RockBand.
Ha, I bought Rock Revo with the drums at my work the other day for $6.69 no joke. The drums are terrible compared to Rock Band or Guitar Hero. But there’s a studio mode that lets you jam with the set on over 10+ drum kit sounds which is kewl. Other than that the game is terrible and the drum kit works on guitar hero and rock band which is nice at least.
