NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe just turned up the heat on Dragon Ball: Raging Blast with the announcement of a second game-exclusive brand-new character, Vegeta Super Saiyan 3. Following in the footsteps of Broly Super Saiyan 3 recently revealed as an exclusive new character for the hotly anticipated title, the Vegeta Super Saiyan 3 character transformation has never previously appeared in either the anime, movies or any of the previous video games, making his world debut in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast this November.
Never before has Vegeta been able to reach the Super Saiyan 3 transformation stage, and so for the first time he can meet his bitter rival Goku Super Saiyan 3 on even terms for the ultimate mountain-smashing Dragon Ball duel.
The content-packed Limited Edition and the standard retail version are scheduled for launch across Europe and the PAL territories on November 2009 for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation®3.

l knew it. l called it where’s my money. l jokingly said “that it would be cool to see SS vegeta 3″ and now it’s happened. My head is still going to explode seeing SS3 Broly, he will take over the world
i have drawings that a friend did for me back in high school of vegeta and broly in SS3. it been 9 years now that i had them so this is not new to me but i finally get to play with them.
Why just not make new Naruto games.

Hopefully they have all kinds of new characters thrown out there. That would make this game so much better. How about a new form for Gohan,,,(mystic SS 2) or even SS 3 or 4 for him,,,,while we’re at it,,,lets make history and introduce the first ever female SS with pan! The possibilities are endless and there might be a good chance that some of this might be (DLC). How about Frieza in his 4th form. One question though! How come Krillin or anybody for that matter,,never collected the dragonballs and asked the dragon to make him or them as strong as goku or immortal for that matter. Every villian that came to earth was trying to do it.

Today, I’m going to share with you guys some truths about our favorite heroes. First of which, I’d like to clarify that Browly; however powerful he may be, is not the “Legendary” Super Saiyan. It’s been said that since so many people have claimed the powers of “Super Saiyan” ( Goku, Vegeta, Gohan.Trunks,Goten, Browly ) that this is can’t possibly be the “Legendary Saiyan” spoken of. In fact
with his ability to reach Super Saiyan 4 it was said that the tittle belonged to Goku. In addition , I’ve heard theories that some believed Saiyan Women did not have the ability to go “Supa”, this is in fact wrong. I believe if I remember correctly if you don’t have over a quarter of saiyan blood only then will you not be able to make the transformation. So Goku jr – Vegeta jr …”who da hell you trying to fool” ( although it’s still cool)
Proof – This information was released by the creator himself Akira Toriyama in a book tittled “Dragonballz The Perfect Files” , it was released in order to explain the GT saga’s.
This book also holds concept art which would make for good ideas to possibly be used. So all those “AF” pictures you’ve seen with everyone being SSJ4 and so-forth they all have a previous source feel free to take a look.

and if you watch the broly movies, he is actually the legendary super saiyan because at super saiyan level 1, he is as strong as goku was in super saiyan level 3. so hes a fair bit stronger than goku

cant believe im gonna argue DBZ with you all. first of all if it doesn’t happen in the actual series its fake no matter who said what or else it would of been in the series in the first place. second of all its my understanding The Creator you so call him had nothing to do with DBGT, going from Golden hair to full monkey not exactly going the same direction. THIRD of all and most important, this Vegeta and Broly going SSJ3 is a tragic twist for the series, gimicks for selling the game, first the movie sucks and now the games going down the drain, sad. I would like for Namco Bandai to pass the rights onto another company, its needs a drastic reboot
oh yeah forgot to mention. The Legendary super saiyans were only capable of maintaining the power in the Monkey Stage. and not to mention the Legendary super saiyans they speak of, happened before Goku, Broly or Vegeta were even born. They are not the Legendary Super Saiyans. Use some common sense

He participated in the GT story by giving guidelines and ideas so they don’t mess up his Characters. This is how the Japanese industry works. And of course your right, but did you ever stop to take a look at the SSj4 form? It looks monkey like to me. Further more, like Vegeta stated he couldn’t control the power and eventually it killed him. Now throughout the transformation both Goku and Vegeta endured. They both turned into a what…a GREAT APE (very good) Once they gained control they then transformed into SSj4. Goku lefted unchecked would have repeated the same tragedy as the last (but of course our favorite hero won’t end it like that)

Vegeta also states that the legend appears once every 10 thousand years.

brolly kicks gokus ass in the movies, if you look at any website that compares the power levels, brolly at his strongest is 79,000,000 which is the same as goku super saiyan 3. which means he is stronger. have you ever watched the brolly movies? if you have then you would see he is quite comfortably stronger than goku.
and where the hell did the “creator” as you call it say that goku is the legendary super saiyan?? did this person say it during dragon ball gt? if so then your a doosh because gt wasnt by the creator of DBZ. why would every game with brolly in it say that he is the legendary super saiyan, as well as the movies if he wasnt.. durh im sure the “creator” is so dumb that he would change his mind a couple years later.
vegeta only calls goku the legendary super saiyan during the fight against frieza because hes never seen one.

The “Legendary Super Saiya-jin” was supposedly something that only came around once every 1000 years. But, in the manga and TV series, Trunks, Gokuu, Gohan, Goten, and Vejiita can all go to Super Saiya-jin 1. Gokuu and Gotenks (the Fusion of Goten and Trunks) have gone SSJ3. The Perfect File authors (and V-Jump magazine) hint that because so many people have gone SSJ, it can’t be the TRUE “Super Saiya-jin” mode described in the legend. And therefore, Brolii from the movies has no claim to the title of “THE Legendary Super Saiya-jin”. Instead, Gokuu’s success at becoming the strongest Saiya-jin of all, with the Super Gokuu 4 form, makes him arguably the TRUE “Legendary Super Saiya-jin.”

Oh, one last thing…there is no defined level for super saiyan…Thus Vegeta’s Normal form can be more powerful than Chibi (kid) trunk’s super saiyan form and so on. Super saiyan form adds on to your current power.
