PS3 Owners set to recieve some Bad Company
With Modern Warfare 2’s release around the corner, Dice and EA are ready to rev up the Hype Tank on their newest First Person Deforestation Simulator Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
The Playstation Blog has today announced that PS3 owners will get the opportunity to beta test this game as soon as November 19th. Access to the beta will be made possible through different sources, such as IGN, Gamespot, participating retailers (through pre-order), and the Playstation Blog as well.
“Starting on November 19, the beta will feature the huge ‘Arica Harbour’ map where up to 24 players compete to secure valuable crates in the ‘Rush’ game mode as the action moves across a variety of different locations. From an initial vehicle assault on a military outpost the war winds through streets of a deserted town to an intense final fire-fight in an industrial harbour.”

I think too many people will be obsessing over MW2 at the time to beta test this but I’m sure there’s a few who would love to try it. I wouldnt mind getting the beta but I doubt I’ll get a code.

lets hope the beta test actually helps them solve issues, since they couldn’t be bothered to actually solve them in the first game

I just hope they fixed the damn mic issue with this game. I actually liked the first game, but not being able to talk or hear other players on your team turned me off to playing it, reallly quick.

great game but I hope they never expect it to compare to Modern Warfare 2…I actually prefer games like Borderlands and Battlefield to Call of Duty just because they aren’t so filled with immature little brats and assholes

Well if Qore offers a beta then I will get it, but I will not pre-order this game. A single bullet should not be able to take down a tree if it can’t take down player. I am not a one shot one kill advocate but if the trees die with one shot then it should also then kill an avatar.

I do believe you can just preorder if you really want to get into the beta . And I’m with Vanilla on this one if they don’t fixthe mic issues I will not buy this game.
