Final Fantasy XIII Showcases Breathtaking Environments

RPG giant Final Fantasy XIII is nearing its release date and with that in mind here are some great in-game shots of the various locales found in the game.
Publication GameWatch have published the screenshots and while most of them have been seen before in the trailers but it is still nice to see them in still pictures. Final Fantasy XIII releases in Japan on December 17th and is currently available on PlayAsia.com to pre-order.

the Jap version is in Japanese with Japanese text.

Damn I was hoping the Jap version would have english in it to. So what if you are a non japanese speaking American living in Tokyo? Would you have to Import FFxiii from the U.S. ?

no, you would buy the Asia edition because it covers Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and some others parts in English Captions with Japanese dialog. because the release window is close to the English translation (march its listed in Japanese stores and online for the US version). SE hasn’t given any info on the Asia edition, even tho its also being released in DEC 17 09. There is a high probability it will be in Japanese text (the asia edition) but there not giving any info. Im guessing as to not hurt US sales .. since most would import if the captions/menu are in English.

I have a nice collection of guitars, and a few vintage Batmobiles though.

FF12 left such a bad taste in my mouth… I don’t know how to feel about this one.
