  1. WOW! Outstanding numbers for all systems. I can hardly believe the PS3 has sold 320k in NA alone!

  2. draegen says:

    PS3 & Uncharted 2 FTW!!

  3. Dang, some impressive numbers for Uncharted 2!

  4. wtGp says:

Uncharted 2 and the PS3 are sales are damn impressive

  5. these numbers are only going to get bigger as the holidays come by : )

  6. Brent says:

I’m surprised how average the sales for Forza 3 are… GT5 will sell at least 4 times as much in the same amount of time.

  7. Legoman24 says:

Ha! Uncharted kicked Halo 3: ODST’s ass!

  8. Good for the PS3, this is what everyone has been waiting for.

  9. kirobz says:

The PS3 is really going strong. I wonder why Forza 3 didn’t sold that much.

  10. megs1120 says:

Holy cow! Way to turn things around, Sony!

  11. Kyle P. says:

This is great for Sony. Last month they had excellent numbers (thanks to the slim, it propelled them past the Wii + DS), great numbers this month (thanks to Uncharted 2, I’d bet), and this will continue November and December.

  12. KwietStorm says:

Well I’ll be the pessimist then. I know Uncharted was only out 2 weeks in October, but why doesn’t it sell more? Why didn’t Metal Gear Solid 4 and Killzone 2 sell more? Its one thing if PS3 itself wasnt selling great before, but its like the actual owners dont buy the games. What are you people playing?

  13. FiftyQuid says:

I can’t believe the PS2 sold half as much as the PS3. That thing is a cash machine. If this keeps up, Sony will extend the PS2′s life span another 10 years.

Oh, and I wish the numbers split up the PSP and the PSP Go!

  14. SPD55 says:

Well the PS2 numbers may reflect the fact that with BC removed from the PS3 some gamers are wanting to replay old games and now need to buy a PS2 to do that or wait for the PS3 version of their game. And if that does not come out then they will have the PS2 hardware for their older games. At least until or unless Sony makes good on the Patent filed earlier in the year. But I feel that was done to head off any 3rd party dev’s from making an emulator to make money off of the BC. So it might be a while if the Patent is left to sit for legal ammo.

Those numbers are for October or November???

Either way those are good numbers for Sony.

  15. Good looking numbers. But for the idiot saying “HA! Uncharted 2 kicked Halo’s ass!” I have to wonder…how old are you?

Halo came out in September moron, of couse Uncharted sold more in October.

    But good numbers for all.

  16. Max Murray says:

Agreed with fifty, where is it that the PS2 is reigning so supreme? I guess there are a lot of people who are just getting into it, and the ps2 is most appealing, if you don’t want to dish out 300+ on system and games, and still want some solid, known AAA titles. Congrats beast.
