The first part about the 50 bucks off for applying for the card is coo to cut down the price of the GO but that spend 200 to save 50 isn’t very appealing and is pretty much down right lame.

l don’t really want to sign up for a card to get that

oh great, a play station credit card. This will really help the responsible adult-to-be in me grow and flourish…

That should be “Ever thought that the PSPgo, priced at $250, is just a tad bit expensive?”

honestly tonynibbles, everyone knows but nobody cares…one of my friends always corrects me when I say “I’m doing good” when it is supposed to be “I’m doing well.’ I know it’s wrong but when I’m just with my friends in a casual conversation I JUST DON’T CARE….

anyway, I still don’t want a PSPgo and I just really don’t want a PSP. Not that there is anything wrong with it, I just don’t know when I would use it. I think it would be ridiculous to sit there and play it when I’m home when I could be playing my PS3 or PC games, and when I’m not at home I’m either at work or with friends and too busy to be sitting by myself playing games…so in order for me to get one it would have to be under $100 for the amount I would use it.

  6. Yeah Tonynibbles…that was ultimate nit picking dude.

Oh wait, is “Nit Picking” one or two words??? Whatever, I’m sure you’ll correct me if I’m wrong XD

  7. natiej85 it’s really not that bad of a deal for the second 50 dollars. You’ll be saving 100 dollars after spending 200 which means you got a 25 percent discount. Plus it’s 200 over a 4 month period which means it’s only 50 dollars a month on games and accessories. that’s 1-2 brand new releases a month. A new release once every 2-4 weeks. Plus it also counts accessories and stuff. So if you bought the M2 adapter with the 16 GB card and old PSP format’s adapter, you’d be spending like 80 dollars be almost half way there, AND get 100 free songs.

It’s an opprotunity for those who pay attention and mix and match. I feel the same way about the Go as I did about the original PS3′s price. I always felt people needed to just shut up about calling it too expensive, and just look for deals that are good enough to justify it for themselves. Tell the company it’s too expensive if they give you a poll on the subject. Otherwise just tell the truth. “It’s more than I want to pay”

because the Go is not too expensive. It’s just more than a lot of people want to pay for the features. The difference? Well a 360 core was WAY too expensive for its crappy feature set back in the day. To get the PS3′s features you had to buy a 60GB HDD for 120 dollars, 100 dollar wifi adapter, and a 200 dollar HD DVD player. So a core 360 would be 820 dollars and still not have wireless controllers or an HMDI output. That crap is WAY too expensive because it is way more than the competition but has less features and doesn’t work as well.

A psp Go is 80 dollars than a PSP which just happens to be the price that 16GB memory sticks cost. So the Go is a fair price for the feature set since it also has bluetooth. Anyone arguing that the PSP Go is too expensive needs to just start saying “it’s more than what I want to pay for it”

Which is fine. 200 dollars is more than I want to pay for any 360 model with a hard drive.
