No, the spelling of favorite in this headline is not a typo – just the way those in Europe tend to spell the word. Free online streaming service TVCatchup is currently available to anyone in the UK with an Adobe Flash 10 Player. So it would naturally include our favourite console, the PlayStation 3, right?
Yes, but there is one caveat – you must reside in the UK for the service to work properly. This is a legal issue, so it is unlikely to change anytime soon, but to those users across the pond, we say happy viewing (and where is our Hulu?)!

Hulu may or may not end up going to a subscription model so… I don’t care any more about Hulu streaming

@joinsideke
well not really considering what you get is movies and we get….tv programs. Netflix is a US site anyway so it wouldn’t have mattered as then sony would need a contract with lovefilm for the UK. The real solution to make UK Gamers happy is just to give us the same as the US store though i guess we only complain becasue it’s the same situation as when your a kid, when you see your older brother getting something and you want it as well but then you get something smaller but you want the same thing so you still complain.

@joinsideke
I’m not bothered by netflix, one for it not being in the UK and second because im not a fan of rent a movie per months things. This is great new though, great addition to iPlayer
