LittleBigPlanet, the father game to the entire “Play. Create. Share” genre, reached over 1 million levels back in July. It now has even more community-uploaded levels and just keeps growing.
Paul Holden, lead architect for the game, was recently quoted at the Montreal Game Summit as saying:
“The figures are obviously changing daily. The last figures I saw there were over 1.3 million levels.”
So at this rate, there will be 2 million levels at around July of 2010. That is a massive amount of community content and would likely take multiple lifetimes to play through every single creation out there. How soon before the PSP version of the game hits 1 million created levels?

So that would still leave 130,000+ quality levels to play through! LOL

Thats gotta take up a ton of server space. I wonder if they ever planned a cap for how many community levels can be up, or if they’ll just let it keep growing indefinitely?
