Not so much with the psx ps2 games, but with the internet browser (it seems to freeze when playing certain videos) and some ps3 games. Uncharted 2 froze on me once, as well as AC2 recently. It usually only happens when I've been playing a while, or with the internet, when I have multiple browser windows open. I know all too many people who turn their PS3's off the wrong way because they don't even bother taking one glance at the manual (from some screens, it tells you how). :| Plus I'm sure a good number of problems will get ironed out even quicker with this report feature.
