Tron came out in the early '80's not the '70's. And it had the best graphics around for a movie at the time. Quite revolutionary, and important to the sci-fi genre because it used CGI. As for Dune, check out Dune 2000 and consider doing your homework before experiencing youthful foot in mouth disease.

@Natej85

Tron came out in the early ’80′s not the ’70′s. This movie will probably surpass the box office for the first one, and I for one can't wait. Whether the game will be any good remains to be seen, but if the movie is successful, the game will follow. End Of Line.

Everything I have seen about Tron 2 (Legacy) looks hard core. Tron Legacy is out next Xmas and it is going to be huge. The game is based on that film and not the original game or film (although obviously the film is a sequel).
Seeing as this is being released around the same time as the film (one of the films that push the new wave of 3D like Avatar) it'll easily smash the one million mark.

@ Natiej85

Tron Legacy is out next Xmas and it is going to be huge. I mean if they make the gameplay and graphics top notch it won't matter, but for the most part people would have to go back and watch the movie. I don't remember when this movie came out but it was out before I was born and the only reason I saw it was because I had a brother that's 10 years older than me so I saw alot of movies for the 70's. Young games remember games from the late 80's and 90's. Games like this and the Warriors aren't mainstream type ot titles because the movies that they are referring to have never even been seen by the younger generation. Mainstream gaming was started with the Atari but really took off with the NES. The only way this game might get alot of sales is if the game reviewers with are my age or older straight out tell the young games that it's tops. And even then the main fuel behind the title, which is the film won't give the game the backbone to sale like it might have if it was released on the NES. For god sakes, the first game was on Atari. Only young extreme gamers even know about the Atari and the graphics back then were so outdated when the played it that it was laughable. Why don't they start making title about Dune or Flash Gordon? Because nobody would even know what the premise of the titles are about, much like this one. This title will probably wouldn't even sale a thousand units on the Wii because most Wii owners are babies in that universe. I'll check this one out because I've seen the movie like a million times. But what do you thing the sales figures on this title will be? I'm guess that at best it will get about half a million would wide and that's a fail.

LIke the concept, but really is it even relavent to young games? How about Battle Zone remake also...

That would be nice to see a retro game coming back to life in this generation.
