Now that the holiday season is here, videogame deals of every kind have been revealed by the truckload. Only days ago it was announced that Best Buy partnered with Sony to offer huge savings to those who purchase a Sony HDTV together with a PlayStation 3 console. That deal sounded almost too good to be true but it seems that Amazon is offering a deal of their own.

Amazon.com is offering the Sony PlayStation 3 console for free with any valid purchase of a Sony Bravia HDTV. The HDTVs available on the site range from 46″ to 55″ in size, and all of them are guaranteed to be high quality. To top that off, all of the Sony Bravia HDTVs include Free Shipping on top of their already reasonable price. This offer is a quick way for anyone who has missed out on all of the High-Definition fuss to finally see what everyone has been talking about.

This offer is valid only on HDTVs purchased from Amazon.com and is only valid until December 13th, 2009.

    Without even checking the current prices on the website, this sounds like a great deal.

  3. Most likely this is probably trying to get rid of their HD T.v.s in stock for the next years batch which will come with enhancements like Steroscopic 3D support and other things.

    Yeah what’s the next big t.v.? One of my professors was telling me about the new 1400 resolution or something…and the 3D t.v.’s. No need to buy one of these now; the price will be dropping soon anyways!

    How much is the cheapest cost for the deal on Best Buy and Amazon? It took me around $800 when I bought my PS3 plus a Samsung 32′ LCD TV at bestbuy. (I didn’t add the cost of extra controllers and games I bought that time).

    @Maki

    partialiy incorrect ……… any 120hertz or higher does 3d. thats a standard feature in newer models since last year.( in mid range price). cheaper 120hertz have been available since this year.

    @Zemar

    thats been available since last year except nothing supports it and it upscales to 1400 resolution from 1920×1080. the new tech is compressed LED displays aka 50 inches the size of 3 credit cards and SHD 2200 resolution as well as larger 16×9 displays displaying 2.2 1 movies better. phillips has theres out since last year.
