Of course i read the article you muppet! Thats why i posted a reply to it. Are you really as stupid and as patronising as you make yourself out to be, or do you have a hard time reproducing this quality of condescending nonsense?

All reviews and articles on this site can either be liked or disliked, and if i happen to be one of the readers that dislikes it, i will bloody well say so (thats my perogative- see, i can use that word too)!

Modern Warfare 2 is indeed the the best FPS game of all time and this game started it all

Don’t take this as complaining about it, but what on earth put this behind def jam, gi joe, cloudy with a chance of meatballs etc..? You can’t disagree with wanting to get the review out there to have a more complete list, but a 2 year wait for one of the most popular shooters?

modern warfare 1 was a great game. MW2 in my opinion surpasses it all around. People that didn’t like the story or think the campaign was too short, wtf were u doing? speed playing the damn thing? from the single player I got roughly 8-9 hours in one play through (played on hard) and I took my time, took in the scenery and the backround, and just paid attention to the overall little details. and to those that say the graphics aren’t any good, well maybe its your display that isn’t any good. from my experience it looked awesome on my 56 inch 1080p with surround sound immersing the gameplay even further. trust me I’ve seen the game in action on my friends 32 with sound coming out of the TV speakers and it makes a HUGE difference. I think this mw2 is one of the most polished and intense campaign I’ve ever played. same goes for Mw1 at the time I played that one.

@everyone complaining

there are new PS3 owners everyday and they cannot always buy the latest and greatest games so they will sometimes buy a great game even if its 2 years old. We missed the review on this one so we wanted to make sure that if they checked this site they would find a review for it.

I don’t really see what the beef is here. I still see people out there reviewing nintendo games that were released in 1986. Is it really something to get upset about?

Really it comes down to this: MW was done very well, with innovative ideas and a great online play style never seen before. MW2 is a map pack, marketed as if its a brand new game.

I didn’t think that MW2 was bad at all, I personally couldn’t find much wrong with it! Single Player was gripping, Spec Ops is great co-op, Online is a little more balanced and the maps are all great. Still love the heart pounding moments of the first Modern Warfare though. Yes there’s been loads of hype about both, but they still deserve the attention they got for the most part.

but he’s right this game is two year’s old now and being new has nothing to do with it as if every site reviewed every single old game that’s been released by the time they came to reviewing the games that came out at the start of the site’s opening they would be old as well. PSLS should be reviewing games like Assassin’s creed 2, games that have only just been released as a review is to give you an idea of a game before you buy it and let’s be honest when it’s been out for two years what are PSLS gonna say that you couldn’t be told by your friends who were smart enough to pick up this title.

No need to be a jerk xST-ANGERx. This site has already reviewed a ton, if not most, of current PS3 material. If they decide to do a “retro” review, it’s their prerogative. Besides, PSLS is a new kid on the block compared to other game blog sites, so bolstering their site with reviews of older games serves to strength them in being more competitive.

Next time, sir, I suggest you do one of two things before you react to things that displease you: 1) Think about what you are taking umbrage with even makes sense to be upset about or 2) Just don’t read it if you don’t like it (Though, for the record, I have serious doubts you even read the review).

Again, these are just suggestions. Though you’d look less foolish if you took my advice…. and used words longer than 4-letters. Though, I digress: Technically f***s is a 5 letter word.

MW was awesome i agree, but that dont change the fact that mw2 is utter s***e! Awful game! Not 1 good thing about it!!?! As always stick to ya ps3 xclus…… MW2 just gave me a £40 plastic frisbee & even that was c**p!!!! Over hyped b******t sells really well i see……………
