It’s that time of year, everyone is decorating their Christmas trees and putting up their stockings as they count down the time to the big day. As an early Christmas present, and to celebrate PlayStation Home’s first Birthday, Sony has announced a myriad of gifts and treats for their European Home users.
Celebrating the festive season Home will feature a Winter Wonderland space, which is set to evolve over time as you help Santa’s bumbling elves complete the festive decorations through various mini-games. There will also be plenty of gifts and other rewards that will make this space somewhere to visit daily.

For the first anniversary of PlayStation Home Sony will be giving out a new Tree House personal space for free. Available from Home Estates from this Thursday, the Tree House will be free for two weeks only.

On top of these treats, Thursday will see the release of the new MotorStorm: Pacific Rift camp personal space in the Estates section of the Shopping Centre. The space will feature a dance tent, a personal dock and a background volcano.

If that wasn’t enough, over in the Alter Ego store, a special flashy hat has been released (it comes in four different colours – red, blue, green, and yellow) as well as two new masks.
Will this tempt you Home? Tell us in the comments below.
