Ahhh the holidays, not a more merry time of the year. Everyone is eating well (drinking too), exchanging gifts and spending time with loved ones. Having loved ones around usually leads to an argument or a fight. This Christmas Eve was no different, sparking a fight over a PS3…
Florida resident, Anthony Stewart was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. Why? Because 24-year old Kam Pan, presumably the suspects ex-girlfriend decided to show up on Christmas Eve to take back a TV and PlayStation 3 that the victim claimed was hers. Once Kam Pan arrived, Steward brandished a Chrome pistol, cocked it back, and pointed it at Pan.
No word who ended up with the PS3, and luckily nobody was hurt. Let this be a very important lesson folks….
…Don’t touch other people’s PS3s.

haha Good moral of the story. Can’t say i’d pull out a gun, but I definitely wouldn’t make it easy for someone who waltzed in wanting her back.
Couldn’t the moral be ” buy your own PS3″ ? At least it wasn’t too serious. The charges that is.
