Yet again here we are with another 25 Best list presented by Sony and the PlayStation Network and we are now looking at the 25 Best Premium Themes of 2009. For those who have yet to check these out, they are the themes that you must purchase off the PlayStation Network, though Bioshock makes the list being free. Just incase you did not know, Boys love Girls with enhanced attributes.

I’m quite fond of the Heavy Rain dynamic theme myself.

i have the Afrika Dynamic ,LittleBigPlanet “Sackboy on the Run” Dynamic, The Dark Knight: Joker from the list.
I also downloaded the Heavy rain, Wipeout 3D, Motorstorm Arctic Edge dynamic themes.
& a lot of static, even one i made myself

I love how both Europe and Japan got free dynamic themes but NA didn’t.
Hell they even had the balls to charge NA for the Afrika theme that was free in Japan….and people bought it.

Yeah, I was pretty shocked as well. I got it from the Japan site for free, only tough part is navigating through the menu’s. Only dynamic theme I’ve purchased is the Heavy Rain dynamic theme.
