It is a mess, I've seen the interviews promoting OnLive, you don't even have to pay close to attention to realize how expensive it's going to be. To top it off, not only are you paying for the service, you will also have to buy the game, of which you never download, so therefor you don't actually own. It will forever be on their servers allowing for instant streaming of the content you paid for. So unlike actually consoles, like the Dreamcast, when it failed at least you still have your Dreamcast and you can play all the games you bought anytime you want. But once this fails (and it will - Read: Phantom) that will mean the servers will go down and you will no longer have access to all the $50-$60 dollar games you paid for to get streamed to you. The gaming library won't be that great, because it's a no brainer that these guys won't get liscenses to all the Stellar 1st party titles, with games like Halo/Fable - God of War/Gran Turismo - Mario/Zelda to name a few.
This is just another gimmick by some rich smuck to get his greedy hands on another industry. But at least the great thing about it is that it will never get anywhere to hurt the gaming industry. Your facing the big 3 Sony - Microsoft - Nintendo and of course if cloud gaming is indeed the future, then you know these big three companies are already working on their own versions of them that will be far better and affordable than that OnLive nonsense.

@The80′s

It is a mess, I’ve seen the interviews promoting OnLive, you don’t even have to pay close to attention to realize how expensive it’s going to be. @Xael What do you mean "mess"?! And it's in close-Beta phase.

‘Cloud gaming’ really has me excited.
