Dark Void, the latest from Capcom has you strapping on a Jet pack for action packed aerial dog-fighting in a mysterious new world. This week on the PlayStation Network (and Xbox Live), Capcom is releasing a Dark Void demo for gamers to give the jet packs a test-ride.
Capcom just released this statement:
With the launch of Capcom’s sci-fi shooter, Dark Void, right around the corner, Capcom is giving gamers a chance to test drive the void for themselves this week with a downloadable demo coming to Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network.
The Dark Void demo will be available for download on Xbox LIVE on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 and PlayStation Network on January 7, 2010.
Can’t wait!
As someone who greatly enjoyed the movie “The Rocketeer” I’m looking forward to a chance to strap on a rocketpack myself. Let’s hope Dark Void’s brand of rocketpack adventure is as good as I’ve imagined rocketpack action to be. Yeah, I know this game has nothing to do with The Rocketeer except the main characters of both wear rocketpacks, but still, it’s a childhood dream that may be about to come to fruition
I hope this demo can change my opinion of this game so far…sure it looks fun but with everything else coming out I just feel like for now it’s one I will have to pass up…either way it will only be a rent for me but I don’t want to waste my GameFly subscription or time on a game that isn’t that great
the controls will make or break this one
Oh, the one with the jet pack. I’ve been sort of wanting to check that out. Thanks for the reminder!
