New Dead Rising 2 Screens Rise From The Grave

Remind your self of why you should get Capcom‘s latest zombie ripping, blood dripping adventure with some new Dead Rising 2 screenshots, fresh from the undead.

Capcom’s released a few new screenshots of Dead Rising 2, coming straight from the depths of the dead, showcasing Chuck wearing a pair of gloves!? Check them out after the break.

Gameplay videos featuring endless gore were released yesterday.

Capcom’s announced that Dead Rising 2 will cover you in sheer gore after you’ve had your summer holiday, shipping in North America on August 31, and shortly after Europe will receive the game on September 3.

August 31st – september 3rd is a bit much. How come europe has to wait so long till we get dead rising 2?

anyone else see the humor in a guy named Timewarp thinking 3 days is a long wait?
(no harm/flame intended, just sayin’.)
I’m picturing a superhero named timewarp, captured by villains, breaking under the pressure of having to wait.
I know, I read too many comics growing up.

What do you mean about Europe waiting for so long compared to the US? It’s 3 days! I can’t wait for this game, but to complain about 3 days extra seeing as it’s still only mid February now is a bit silly don’t you think? lol

Yes my friend, there will be a story behind it. The first 1 was brilliant on the 360 and i have no doubt in my mind that this sequel will better it, and also be better to play using a good old Playstation controller too! Most of the fun however does come with finding better and more amusing ways of combining items to make weapons with which to kill the zombie hordes. You can complete the first 1 with minimal zombie killing if you like, but it just adds to the game when you find different items to use.

I agree boss, the first one was great. Don’t know what’s up with Capcom and the lack of Playstation love as to why the first one hasn’t seen the light on PS3, but whatever, the only thing I care from them is SSFIV, oh and this game too. But that’s it, I don’t care for Lost Planet 2
