Is that the same content that comes in the Ultimate Edition?

  2. i hope dlc isn’t just new skins.

  3. its most likely goin to be skins and maybe a mini sex game…

  4. Karum says:

If there is DLC it’ll probably be new arenas and such for the challenge mode that are usually in GOW games

  5. NukeA6 says:

It’s been said months ago that the DLC would be challenge arenas.

I don’t care I WANT THIS GAME NOW. Funny the day this game releases I also have to prepare for a speech later on that day. Guess I won’t be preparing much

why is it that so many new games still don’t support 1080p…I don’t have a 1080p TV yet, it’s actually 1080i, but it still seems strange to me that so many games don’t support today’s standard in hi-def.

Well I’m sure it’s not difficult for the developers to make the games run at 1080p but it will affect the performance. And I hope there still is some usused power in the ps3 so that we some day can get games in 1080p with a decent framerate and anti-aliasing.
And yes there are games that run in 1080p like Wipeout HD but it was hard for the developers to do and I read that the resolution goes down if the ps3 notices a drop in fps.

I want this game now.!! a.s.a.p.!!! most likely the dlc will be something to do with new arenas like karum said

Resources Are limited. These aren’t PCs with unlimited RAM and no standard obligations to abide by. 1080p AND the same efficieny in code is tough to pull off. When the console manufacturers were boasting about it years back, it was all marketing. That’s why you dont hear it brought up anymore. They know that no amount of optimization can magically flip a switch and make it ‘work.’

  11. Torankusu says:

But…The game director said it will have 1080p support…=(

I don’t care if it isn’t native 1080p, but I would have liked if it could output it.

Then I just have to ask – What’s the differance if the game (ps3) upscales it or your TV? Don’t think you would notice any significant differance.
