Meet The Wild Women of the Red Dead West

The Old West was a tough place. For men and women alike. But while most games in this genre will focus on the cowboys, the folks at Rockstar are also paying special attention to the different types of women that lived during the expansionist times of North America in a recent trailer for Red Dead Redemption.

Careful, she may be armed.

Sure, you have the standard women who wore girdles that made their waists unnaturally thin, but you also have nuns and rough cowgirls, or as they are dubbed in the video, “survivors.” Toting pistols and rifles (the survivors, not the nuns!), these women don’t mess around. Check them out in the video below!

Red Dead Redemption launches for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on April 27th.

I have to say I’m pretty excited for it too. I really enjoy games set in the Wild West and there are WAY too few of them. I enjoyed Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood a lot and that wasn’t even put together that great. I expect a lot more from Rockstar and so I’m expecting a near perfect (at least from my perspective) Wild West experience with Red Dead Redemption.

The only Wild West game I played was Gun on ps2. I just loved hunting and doing missions in that game. I may pick up Call of Juarez later and I am looking forward to Red Dead Redemption. And its made by Rockstar so there is no way I will skip this.

i wont this game!!!!!!!!!1 i hope this game not short and have DLC on ps3 not like GTA4 and hie DLC!!
