New Alpha Protocol Trailer Goes at it Alone

With Alpha Protocol finally nailing down a release date after constant delays, Sega and Obsidian Entertainment have released a new trailer showing just how alone your spy can be. Alpha Protocol looks to combine the spy game genre with RPG elements to create a unique experience to every player that picks up the game. For a look at the new trailer check below.

Look for Alpha Protocol on store shelves in Europe on May 28th and June 1st in the US.

Sorry, but if I’m supposed to wait through all those delays, the game better be extraordinary. And this doesn’t look all that extraordinary. The fact that SEGA gave us that crappy Bayonetta port doesn’t help their cause either. I’ll wait for the reviews and if they’re great, maybe I’ll give it a look.

Hm…I was very excited about this game last year after watching some of the developer trailers. Hopefully they have given it proper time to polish it up and it comes off without a hitch. I’ll still be buying it but hopefully the reviewers give it at the least 8-9.5. From what I’ve seen of the game footage in other trailers, they can pull that off. Might be looking at a sleeper depending on how much work they’ve done. Won’t be GOTY but still I think it will be a memorable experience…well hopefully.
Oh yeah…hopefully if I keep going down the stealth route, I’ll be able to purchase like swords or something and a really nice outfit that kinda makes me look like a ninja…hm yeah I know one can dream however…one can dream

Its got potential, however it will definitely need a graphical scrub if it wants to compete against generally anything, as even games coming out feb-march are looking better than that.

all the cliche items are there:
starts off with fuzzy transmission – check
hot girl with accent, not sure if you can trust – check
soviet/ukranian wearing warm up suit, shooting gun – check
other hot chick who only talks to you over headset – check
helicopter/plane exploding – check
needs a lot more work, we’ll see.
